Founded June 19, 1954, Offtrails Magazine Publishers Association was organized by Ken Bulmer and Vince Clarke (Science Fantasy News). Founding members included Chuck Harris, Joan Carr, Ron Bennett and Archie Mercer. The Official Organ was Off Trails.
