The Flight of the Kangaroo was published in South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, in 1976, and was her DUFF trip report zine.
Highlights of her trip report included visiting San Francisco, U.S.A. where she stayed with Charlie and Dena Brown, and met Robert Silverberg (Spaceship), and Fritz Leiber, then on to Alburquerque, staying with Chrys and Roy Tackett, and meeting Bill Rotsler. Next she was off to Denver to meet Gail Barton (Eridani Triad), Rose Beetem, Rusty Hevelin, and Flloyd Johnson. In Minneapolis, she stayed with John and Joan Kuske, and met Joan Appelbaum, Caryl Bucklin, Al Kuhfeld, and Jim Young. Over the border in Toronto, Canada, Christine stayed with Mike Glicksohn (Energumen), and met Jennifer Bankier (Orca), Derek Carter, Patrick Neilson Hayden, Phil Payne, Rosemary Ullyot (Kevas and Trillium), and Victoria Vayne (Simulacrum), and then she traveled across the continent to Vancouver, Canada, where she stayed with Susan Wood (Amor), and met Henry Gasko, and Gordon McNab. Returning the The States, she flew to Seattle and stayed with Anna Jo and Frank Denton (Ash-Wing), and met John D. Berry (Egoboo), Carey Hanfield, Marjorie and Jeff Harris, and Loren McGregor.
