Jessica Amanda Salmonson is a writer, zine editor and publisher.
Her first publication, co-edited with Phyllis Ann Carr, was The Literary Magazine of Fantasy and Terror, released in 1973. Seven issues were published, the last one appearing in 1975.
In 1983, she released three small publications of collage/assemblage, called In This Vent, Slide Show, and Young Tyrone: A Melodrama, collectoons of dark humour and Dada-esque combinations of words and images.
Salmonson is also the author of a number of books and anthologies.
