Mark Plummer is the co-editor (with Claire Brialey) of the award-winning fanzine Banana Wings, formed by joining their fanzines Waxen Wings and Banana Skins.
Banana Wings has won the Nova Award for Best Fanzine five times. It has also won the FAAn Award for Best Fanzine twice, in 2007 and 2010. It has been published from the 1990s and throughout the 2000s.
In 2003, the couple produced Easter Wine, an anthology for the convention Seacon '03.
In 2005, they produced Can't Get Off the Island, a collection of writing by Greg Pickersgill editor of Rastus Johnson's Cakewalk, which won the Nova Award for Best Fanzine in 1994.
In 2010, Mark Plummer won the Nova Award for Best Fanwriter.
