Ground Zero was a science fiction fanzine by Belle C. Dietz.

Ground Zero was published in New York City, New York, U.S.A., from March 1958 till February 1960. Five issues were released and were distributed through Offtrails Magazine Publishers Association (OMPA).

Issue 2 featured a cover by Dan Adkins. Issue three, published December 13, 1958, was the 'SoLACon' Issue, with a cover by Pearson.

Contributors included Frank Dietz, editor of Science, Fantasy, and Science Fiction, Christine Moskowitz (Different), Sam Moskowitz (Helios, New Fandom, Different), and George Nims Raybin.

The article "Incorporation Is Too Restrictive", written by Sam Moskowitz for Ground Zero, was reprinted in the fanzine yearbook The Best of Fandom 1958.

In 1959, Belle Dietz also published 4 issues of Skimmer's Guide for OMPA and, with George Nins Raybin, co-published the fanzine NimBel for OMPA.

As well, Belle Dietz wrote fanzine reviews in her column "Fannotations", first for Fantastic Universe and then for the American edition of New Worlds Science Fiction in 1960. She was also a contributor to fanzines such as Aporrheta, Metrofan, and Smoke.
