Time and Again is a science fiction fanzine by Dave Locke.

Time and Again began in the 2000s and was created in Vermont, U.S.A. The 13th issue appeared in April 2011. Included are short essays and articles on everything from film making, fanzines, dinosaur movies and 1950s fan Ed Cox.

Contributors of writing include Lee Anne Lavell (Space Cage), Eric Mayer, June Moffatt, Curt Phillips, John Purcell (Askance), Dave Rowe, and Taral Wayne (DNQ).

Contributors of artwork include Harry Bell (Grimwab), Grant Canfield, Brad Foster, Bill Rotsler, Arthru Thomson (The ATom Anthology), and Taral Wayne.

Photography was contributed by June Moffatt, and Curt Phillips.
