Alarm Clock was a zine featuring women in music published by Allen Salyer.

Released out of Michigan in the 1990's, more than thirty issues of this prolific photocopied zine were released. Alarm Clock included reviews of shows, recordings and zines as well as spotlights on musicians and bands, both local and international, most of which featured women in the line up. The zine featured interviews with such artists and writers as Kathy Acker, Jody Bleyle, owner of Candy Ass records and member of the band Team Dresch , Cakelike, Chia Pet, Crowsdell, Jena von Brucker and G.B. Jones of the zine Double Bill, Excuse 17, Fifth Column, Carrie McNinch (editor of The Assassin and The Whiner) and Sarah Folkman of the band Geko, Hammerbox, Motor Dolls, Kristina Serra, Spell, Yum Yum Tree and many, many others.

Another feature of the zine was Allen Salyer's illustrations, which were included in every issue. He contributed his artwork to other zines, such as Not My Small Diary, as well. Each issue of Alarm Clock was released with a different colored cover, upon which frequently appeared one of Salyer's distinctive illustrations.
