Time and Again is a science fiction fanzine by Dave Locke.
Time and Again began in the 2000s and was created in Vermont, U.S.A. The 13th issue appeared in April 2011.
Contributors of writing include Lee Anne Lavell (Space Cage), Eric Mayer, June Moffatt, Curt Phillips, and Taral Wayne (DNQ).
Contributors of artwork include Harry Bell (Grimwab), Brad Foster, and Taral Wayne.
Photography was contributed by Curt Phillips.
Letters came from Lloyd Penney (Torus), Jim Williams, and Alexander Yudenitsch, among others.
Dave Locke had previously published he fanzine Awry in the 1970s, among other titles.
