Alarm Clock was a zine featuring women in music published by Allen Salyer.
Released out of Michigan in the 1990's, more than thirty issues of this prolific zine were released. Alarm Clock featured reviews of shows, records and zines as well as spotlights on bands, most of which featured women in the line up. Also featured were interviews with such artists and writers as Kathy Acker, Jody Bleyle, Cakelike, Chia Pet, Crowsdell, Jena von Brucker and G.B. Jones of the zine Double Bill, Excuse 17, Fifth Column, Carrie McNinch and Sarah Folkman of Geko, Hammerbox, Motor Dolls, Kristina Serra, Spell, Yum Yum Tree and many, many others.
