The Chigger Patch of Fandom was a science fiction fandom fanzine edited by Nan Gerding, with Bob Farnham (d. December 30, 1965) and Ed Cox.
Chigger Patch was released in the 1950s in Roseville, Illinois, U.S.A.
Contributors included Garth Bentley, Robert Bloch (Science Fiction Fifty Yearly), Rory Faulkner (Shangri L'Affaires), Eva Firestone (Bronc), Jim Harmon (Riverside Quarterly), Bert Hirschhorn (Tyrann), Olive Morgan, Orma McCormick, Noah W. McLeod, Tom Piper, Hal Shapiro (Hallucinations), L.L. Shepherd, Robert R. Wheeler, and the editors.
Cover art was by Glover Prescott, and others. The cover of issue two bears the defiant slogan, alongside the cover drawing in small print on the left side, "WE IRRITATE SOME", and on the right side, "OTHERS IGNORE US".
