Banana Wings is a British science fiction fanzine edited by Claire Brialey and Mark Plummer. They have won the Nova Award for Best Fanzine five times. It has also been nominated for the Hugo Award for Best Fanzine

While many of the contributors are British such as Tanya Brown, Graham Charnock, Dave Langford (Ansible), Max, Greg Pickersgill, and Maureen Kincaid Speller, Banana Wings enjoys a readership on both sides of the Atlantic and in Australia.

Other contributors include Sandra Bond (QuasiQuote), rich brown (crifanac), Chris Garcia, John Hertz, and Paul Kincaid, Curt Philips.

Art work has been contributed by Harry Turner (Zenith) and Taral Wayne (DNQ).

The zine's name comes from the combination of Mark's former zine, Banana Skins, and Claire's former zine Waxen Wings.
