Rats!
Rats! is a science fiction fanzine by Charlene Komar Kunkel and Bill Kunkel.
Rats! was published in New York, U.S.A. in the 1970s.

Bill Kinkep went on to be a video game developer, founding the videogame magazine Electronic Games with Arnie Katz (Vegas Fandom Weekly) in 1981 and later editing the gaming magazine Tips & Tricks, as well as writing the book, Confessions of a Game Doctor in 2005. He passed away September 2011.
