Started by Rachel Siegel, Antonio Lopez and Ivan Morley, Ink Disease was published for most of its existence by Thomas Siegel and Steve Alper. Ink Disease was published in the early 1980s and into the 1990s.

Other contributors to Ink Disease included Antonio, Brian, Joe Henderson, Chris Houston, and Brady Rifkin, among others.
