MP Johnson is a zinester and author from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
MP Johnson is best known as the creator of Freak Tension zine, one of the longest running zines in the Midwest. Originally based in Wisconsin and currently based in Minnesota, the first issue of Freak Tension appeared in December of 1998. In the early 2000s, he wrote a regular online column for Razorcake zine.
