Katie Haegele is a zinester from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.
Katie is best known for her zine on various aspects of language, The La-La Theory; her other zines include 17 Strangers, Word Math, and Breakdancing for the Pope, all published at The La-La Theory Press. She has written for Bitch and Adbusters, and her work has appeared in the comic zine Candy or medicine. Katie also contributed a chapter on zines to the 2008 book The Alternative Media Handbook from Routledge Publishing.
