Under The Ozone Hole was first published from 1992 till 1996 in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The title was revived in 2005 by editor John Herbert.
Contributors to the 1990s issues included Chuck Bell, Adam Charlesworth, Roy Fisher, E.B. Klassen, Paula Johanson (The Central Ganglion) and Robert Runté.
Contributors to the 2000's issues included E.B. Klassen and Lloyd Penney (Torus).
Under The Ozone Hole won the Aurora Award for Best Fanzine for the years 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996.
