Talk:Zach Dodson

From this article:"Produced many identity, website and packaging projects targeted at today's youth culture." This is an incredibly offensive sentence and if you don't know why, you shouldn't even be on this site. Go ask your marketing director why it might be offensive to "today's youth" to find someone within their midst who is here to "target" them in order to "package products", oops, sorry, "projects" so that you can sell a cheapened, trivialized, de-politicized and meaningless version of their culture back to them.InvisibleFriend 17:50, 5 September 2007 (EDT)

if you actually click on the link, you'll see every project that bleached whale has ever worked on is for an independent press, record label, or individual.-User:Ztron24

This comment about stuff "targeted at today's youth culture" has been removed from the article by User:Ztron24 but if that did relate to the designer Zach Dodson then he would be using his creativity as a designer in a professional way in work, in designing things to sell to the youth culture which has no place here on zinewiki. Apart from Punk Planet, there does not seem to be any zines on the bleached whale design site. There are independent magazines but these are magazines and have chosen not to be zines by the authors. Unless the individuals role with punk planet can be expanded, then this should be deleted--Eugenepunk 04:06, 6 September 2007 (EDT)

Ztron24, don't remove the "Delete" notifications. ThanksInvisibleFriend 16:50, 8 September 2007 (EDT)

I think the article has proven its relevancy to Zine Wiki now that its been rewritten, so I'm removing the "delete" tag. If anyone objects, let me know; otherwise the article should stay up in its new, rewritten form. InvisibleFriend 22:15, 21 September 2007 (EDT)
