Jump to navigationJump to searchAndy Sheie was one of the founders of the J. Cruelty Catalog. He was an active contributor of artwork, articles, and interviews to the zine during its first two years. His contributions included artwork for the covers of several issues and interviews with Dan Higgs of Lungfish, the post-punk band Trenchmouth, and Lincoln, Nebraska's Mercy Rule. He has also contributed to the student-run landscape architecture zine Berm and Swale in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Andy Sheie currently lives in Portland, OR, where he works as a landscape architect and does occasional freelance graphic design. He plays guitar, banjo, washboard, and washtub bass in various old-time and country combos.
