The publication has no titel, is not dated and was published anonymously. This xeroxed A4 zine was published in Berlin, Germany as an art zine and worked as a strang flyer for the "finks club" in Berlin. Artwork and production can be accredited to Dirk Bell, an artist from Germany and one of the people running the finks club. The offspace or underground club was open only one day of the week, which was popular in Berlin at the end of the 1990s and around 2000.
The zine is included in the collection of the St. Patrick's Zine Library.
