Ground Zero
Ground Zero was a science fiction fanzine by Belle C Dietz.
Ground Zero was published in New York City, New York, U.S.A. from March 1958 till February 1960. Five issues were released and were distributed through OMPA.
Issue three, published December 13, 1958, was the 'SoLACon' Issue, with a cover by Pearson.
Contributors included Frank Dietz, editor of Science, Fantasy, and Science Fiction, Christine Moskowitz and George Nims Raybin.
During this period, Belle Dietz and George Nins Raybin also co-published the fanzine NimBel for OMPA in 1959.
As well, Belle Dietz wrote fanzine reviews in her column "Fannotations", first for Fantastic Universe and then for the American edition of New Worlds Science Fiction in 1960. She was also a contributor to fanzines such as Metrofan, and Smoke.
