Who Cares is a pocket-zine that follows an awkward owl on a never-ending adventure of one-liners and bad puns. Created by Kelly Steele, a writer living and coffee-drinking in St. Petersburg, Florida, Who Cares features awkward jokes about love, bad pop songs and door-to-door scythe salesmen.
