Who Cares is a pocket zine created in 2011, that follows an awkward owl on a never-ending adventure of one-liners and bad puns. Independently crafted/published by Kelly Steele, a writer living and coffee-drinking in St. Petersburg, Florida, Who Cares features awkward jokes about love, bad pop songs and door-to-door scythe salesmen.
