The Mad 3 Party was a science fiction fanzine by Laurie Mann, Pat Vandenberg, and then Leslie Turek.

The Mad 3 Party was founded by Laurie Mann as a newsletter for Noreascon 3. She had handed it over to Pat Vandenberg who edited it for a couple of years before passing it on to Leslie Turek. It was under Leslie's editorship that the The Mad 3 Party won the Hugo Award for Best Fanzine in 1990.

It was published in Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.A.

It was described by Chuq Von Rospach, in Electronic OtherRealms #25, as "More than you ever wanted to know about running a Worldcon, the Noreascon 3 fanzine."

Leslie Turek had previously co-edited, with Cory Panshin, six issues of the MITSFS fanzine Twilight Zine from 1966 to 1967.
