John Marr is a San Francisco, CA writer and zine publisher. Since 1986 he has published of the much loved and (contrary to poular belief, not defunct) Murder Can Be Fun. Related publications include Murder Can Be Fun Presents: Anti-Sex Tips for Teens, Murder Can Be Fun Presents: Obscure Crime Books, and the Murder Can Be Fun Datebooks (1994, 1995, 1996, 1997). His last published zine, MCBF #20, came out in 2007.
