Kent McClard is a record label owner and zine publisher from Goleta, California.
Kent started his first zine, No Answers, in Twin Falls, Idaho in the mid-80s. No Answers continued for several issues after he moved to Goleta sometime in the late 80s.
Kent published HeartattaCk, which was a long running zine published from March 1994 till June 2006. He is also a record label owner, releasing recordings on the Ebulltion label. His work has been a prominent and influential presence in the DIY hardcore and punk rock scenes.
