Rad Dad is a zine dealing with fathering from a feminist, anti-authoritarian, radical bent. It was started by Tomas Moniz to try and break the silence between men about fathering. It challenges the traditional male role in childrearing of being a distant disciplinarian and features contributions from different men on their fight to father in a different way.
Reviews
Ariel Gore of Hip Mama called Rad Dad "the best new zine of 2005," going on to say that "THIS ZINE ROCKS. It's the radical, anarchist, feminist zine by and for rad fathers we've been waiting for."[1]
