The term "writer" has been most often used in describing the work of those writers who produce Chapbooks or lit-zines or Pamphlets, or those writing for newsletters or Free sheets, where the writing is more prominent than other aspects of a publication, such as design or visual content, or those for whom writer is a career or profession. However, anyone who produces a zine with some written content can be considered a 'writer'.
