Soapbox Zine Library is a zine library in Philadelphia, Pa.

As a part of the Philadelphia Independent Publishing Center, it collects a wide variety of zines and artists books.

The official opening reception for Soapbox was held on March 26, 2011. As part of the festivities, there were readings by Caroline Garcia (okay hooray)Ziegler, Theresa Antoff, Laura Beyer, Bonnie MacAllister, Johanna Marshall and Anni Altshuler & Leah Mackin (of Holly Holly Hobby Hobby).
