How To Publish A Fanzine is a book about how to write, create and publish a zine, written by Mike Gunderloy. The book was published in July 1988 by Loompanics Unlimited.
Gunderloy began publishing Factsheet Five in 1982 and had been talking about publishing a basic how-to book on fanzines for years before finally writing it during 1987. The next year Loompanics, publisher of a lot of underground and subversive press at the time, put out the book. This may be the first how-to book on zine publishing, coming out a good 14 years before Stolen Sharpie Revolution. It's 91 pages long, perfect bound, and has an orange cover. While long out of print, copies can be pretty easily tracked down through used book sellers on Amazon.com.
