Jeffrey Bennington Grindley is a zine editor who was born in Las Vegas, NV, U.S.A.
He has facilitated and co-hosted several open mic spoken word events over the last ten years and has self-published three poetry zines: Empty Letters, Memories Slip Through the Cracks and Black Tape. Other zine related projects include a 24 Hour zine for 2009 International Zine Month called Sticky Hands Heavy Lids as well as an appropriated text mini called compulsion.
In July, 2010 he founded and opened the Las Vegas Zine Library located inside of the Emergency Arts Center at 520 Fremont in Las Vegas, NV.
