Jeff Kelly published and edited the Madison, WI zine Temp Slave! during the 1990s. He often wrote under the pseudonym Keffo. His writing is dark, angry and occasionally humorous, influenced strongly by labor politics.
One of his pieces from the zine was featured in the Factsheet Five Zine Reader. He compiled a selection of articles for the book The Best of Temp Slave!, published by Garret County Press.
