Joe Smith is the publisher of the zines Alternative Incite and The Butter Lamb News. He is the founder of the College Park Community Library and the erstwhile Red Roach Press and Manual Publishing. He currently runs the Butter Lamb Reference Library and lives in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC.
