Dreams and False Alarms (1984-1989?) was a science fiction fanzine published by Bruce Gillespie in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Bruce Gillespie also published SF Commentary from 1969 onwards, the latest issue appearing in 2011, and Steam Engine Time, with Janine Stinson.
