Penelope Harris is a zinester living in Vancouver, Canada.
She co-ordinates a monthly Artist Trading Card (ATC) trading group and 2 or 3 times a year hosts a collaborative group project, usually a book of some kind. She also attends Artfest and/or Journalfest in Port Townsend, WA each year and belongs to a small group devoted to keeping art journals that meets 4 times a year for creative retreats.
