Gibbering Madness was a UK zine edited by Evan from Sheffield, South Yorkshire in the 1990's.
It started out as a horror zine but as it progressed it became more DIY, punk orientated, focusing on the creative non-music side of punk, Mail-art, weirdness,plus personal thoughts and columns. There were 8 issues in total. The editor Evan was in various D.I.Y. punk and hardcore bands including Avaricious and The Great Refusal.
