Cardboard Cutouts is a zine made by a teenage girl named Julie living in Costa Mesa, California.
The first issue was released on February 2007. So far there have been 8 issues of Cardboard Cutouts released, the eight issue marking it's 1 year anniversary.
She also is working towards her goal of opening a distro which she has named Unicorn Express. Information about her upcoming distro can be found on her website.
