Phil Clarke was the editor of Nuneaton, England fanzine Damn Latin.
Damn Latin appeared in various sized formats, and ran between 1981 to 1983 approx. It featured interviews with local acts, reviews, and social commentary. He later went on to form the band Stress with Alan Rider of Adventures in Reality zine and subsequently recorded solo as Patternclear.
