The Whimsical Wizard of ZiP (aka Tony Longshanks LeTigre) is "wizard-in-chief" of ZiP: Zine in Progress, a San Francisco hackerzine. His name is often shortened to Whimzy or WWZ. Whimzy is also the moderator of the website ZiPZineWeb.
