Visions of Khroyd'hon was published in Seattle, Washington, U.S.A., and released in summer of 1976.

Contributors include Daniel Bailey, Elizabeth Borden, G. Sutton Breiding (Ebon Lute, The Punk-Surrealist Cafe), William A. Conder, Michael Fantina, Brian Lumley, Brant Lundley, David Madison, H. Warner Munn, Gregory E. Nicholl, Brian Arthur Paley, Jim Pianfetti, Michael Radcliffe, Jessica Amanda Salmonson (The Literary Magazine of Fantasy and Terror), J. Vernon Shea, Neal Wilgus, and William Davis Manly, the infamous poet of Sesqua Valley.

Wilum Pugmire also published the fanzines Midnight Fantasies, and Old Bones in the 1970s and Punk Lust in the 1980s. In the 2000s, he released the title Idiot Chaos for the Esoteric Order of Dagon, an APA devoted to Lovecraft.
