'Belcoboy is an Australian zine collector/archivist/promoter who lives in Belconnen, ACT, Australia, who is building up a collection of Australian zines that will hopefully form the basis of a new Canberra-based zine library/archive sometime in the not too distant future.
He collects all Australian zines and information about Australian zines.
