Ulysses Speaks was a fanzine written in the early '90s by members of the band Nation of Ulysses to communicate their ideas to the youth.

Written in a paranoid style similar to their albums' liner notes, the zine referred to itself as "the party organ for the Nation of Ulysses; the visual accompaniment to the Soundtrack to the Revolution." Sample articles include "Ulysses speaks on Menudo" (issue 2); "Six focal concerns of delinquent gangs" (issue 5); and "The Kill Ulysses conspiracy" (issue 8).
