Time and Again was a science fiction fanzine by Dave Locke.

Time and Again began in the 2000s and was created in Vermont, U.S.A. The 13th issue appeared in April 2011. Included are short essays and articles on everything from film making, book hunting, fanzines, dinosaur movies, Martian movies, outhouses, and 1950s fan Ed Cox.

Contributors of writing include Cy Condra, Chris Garcia (Journey Planet), Lee Anne Lavell (Space Cage, Embelyon, Indiana Fantasy), Eric Mayer (E-Ditto), June Moffatt (The Moffatt House Abroad, Moonshine), Curt Phillips, John Purcell (Askance), Dave Rowe, and Taral Wayne (DNQ).

Contributors of artwork include Harry Bell (Grimwab), Grant Canfield, Brad Foster, Bill Rotsler, Dan Steffan (Boonfark), Arthur Thomson (The ATom Anthology), Taral Wayne, Alan White, and reprints of art work by Jackie Causgrove (Resolution).

Photography was contributed by June Moffatt and Curt Phillips.

There are also reprints of art work and writing from older fanzines such as Awry, Dynatron, Resolution, and Scientifriction.
