Previous to this venture Rick worked on the zine @ State of Mind in San Luis Obispo CA covering punk in the mid 1980's. Both publications where also peppered with commentary, some politics and humor. The zine is largely made up of photos---hundreds in each issue. P.U.N.K. which stood for People Under No King was a music related zine made by Rick Seger/Susan Seger and friends.
