Lou (sometimes Louise or Lousie) is an activist and zinester from Sydney, Australia.

Lou has written a number of political personal zines that make very effective use of cut up techniques, occasionally making zines entirely from pre-existing sources. Lou's zines include Post Consumer Waste, Please to be restful, it is just a few crazies who from the crazy place outbroken (which featured in Anna Poletti's thesis-cum-monograph Intimate Ephemera as an example of the cut up technique or detournement), Flight Path, Mute as Bottles and Walk So Differently.
