Jerod Pore was the publisher of Poppin' Zits zine, and was a major contributor to Factsheet Five in print (and the online archive on The Well) for six years. He founded alt.zines and wrote for various zines and magazines, including MacWeek, Wired, Whole Earth Review, Maximum Rock 'N' Roll, Unshaved Truths, Fringeware Review and bOING-bOING.

Currently, he is the proprietor of a zine-like web community called CrazyMeds.
