I Have Seen The Truth And It Makes No Sense was a perzine written by P. Mark Wannop of New Jersey, USA.

Issue #1 (December 1997) - The author writes about cycling, being Wiccan, The Rutles, the sad state of comic books, and other random topics. Issue #2 (March 1998) - Cappuchino, 1940s music, and why cloning should be allowed are some of the subjects covered. Issue #3 (June 1998) - Wannop writes some more about cycling, then plays around with a CD-ROM set of the 1997 White Pages before reviewing a bunch of zines, among other things.

A big fan of the old Tom Swift novels, Wannop also made a 'special edition' zine called Tom Swifties, the Mis-named Word Game in 1998.
