Quip was an alternative newspaper/zine, published in Anchorage, Alaska during 1995 and 1996. It was the brainchild of Ken Bodensteiner and Clark Yerrington, both of whom had deep ties in the alternative/punk scene in town. Clark has previously edited The Metro, another alt newspaper, in the mid to late 80s, in Anchorage.
Quip featured fiction, poetry, general non-fiction, and local music writings. It folded in 1996.
