Pardon the Typos

    Pardon the Typos was a garage-punk zine from 2000.  It was a xeroxed mini-publication available in Burlington, Vermont in 2000 under the label of Bite Me! Press. The zine was guerrilla circulated in bookstores,libraries and coffee shops.

    Pardon the Typos consisted of eight typewritten 4 1/4 X 3 inch pages. Edited by Gregory Scaff, Pardon the Typos was a social commentary, art criticism and Sex Positive zine. It spoke for the legalization of prostitution, was pro-porn, pro-nudity and pro-feminist. Over several issues, it contained essays on Vermont artists Dana Carlson and Mike Mayone,and reviews of Burlington art galleries.  It also contained bibliographies and a recommended reading list of books which espoused Sex Positive values. Pardon the Typos also had essays on American journalist Lori Berenson,[1] and one which promoted the use of a gender-neutral, third person pronoun, "tey".
