The zine was titled after the zine editors' inside joke of their lisp when they would say, "True Punks." The zine's content covered the punk/HC scene, sex, straight edge, drugs & alcohol, gossip and humor. The layout was often hastily done and often had clip art for imagery. The print run was under a 100 copies.
