With Heart in Mouth has been created over the past years by Anna, from the Washington, DC area.
She published the first issue of her zine when she was 16 - and put out additional issues every couple of years, the most recent being issue #4. It combines her writings about personal and political topics (like eating disorders, victimization, or being a mixed-race person) with drawings by her and others, as well as poetry and sometimes other people's writing.
